Build a supplement routine you'll actually keep

Morning light on a stone wall

Most supplements work through consistent, daily use over weeks, not a single dose. That means the hardest part isn't choosing what to take. It's remembering to take it every day.

1. Start with one thing

Adding five new products at once is a recipe for quitting. Start with one foundation, like daily creatine, and add more once it's a habit.

2. Stack it onto something you already do

Attach your supplement to an existing habit: your morning coffee, breakfast, or filling your water bottle before the gym. The existing habit becomes your reminder.

3. Keep it where you'll see it

Out of sight really is out of mind. Keep your bottles next to the coffee maker or on the kitchen counter, not in a cabinet.

4. Give it time

Many supplements take several weeks of daily use before you notice a difference. Commit to 8 to 12 weeks before judging whether a routine is working for you.
